Sound Therapy: The Effects of Sound and Music on Our Health and Wellbeing — Karen Fox, CGIHH, CCH

  •      Be sure to join Us Wednesday, May 20 at 11:30 am for our monthly luncheon at Little Neck Restaurant & Events at Great Neck Country Club, $25 for member pre-registrations, $30 for non-member pre-registrations, and $35 for late registrations and walk-ins includes gratuity and tax. Pre-registration is encouraged.
Karen Fox will share a short personal and professional background about herself and educate attendees on the true nature of sound and music, how it effects our health and influences dramatic healing of our mind, body and spirit.

  • She will begin with a 3-5 minute "sound bath" demonstration with guided imagery to create an atmosphere of relaxation, comfort and openness. She will also talk about her educational and personal history with music and sound. Karen will share some music samples that demonstrate the concepts she is teaching about (10-15 minutes) and finish with a "pick me up" dance party! (2 minutes or so.)
Karen Fox is a Certified Consulting Hypnotist and Shamanic Sound Healer. Her spiritual journey began as a teenager when she discovered meditation and alternate forms of consciousness.
