     Heidi Gruss is a Bold Business Strategist and Mindset Transformation Coach with nearly 25 years of clinical experience, including two master’s degrees and a license in mental health counseling. Heidi helps high-powered industry leaders, executives and business owners surpass their goals by unlocking a powerful mental framework for success. Drawing from her extensive background in mental health counseling, Heidi will be presenting on how to outsmart the goal-setting process, emphasizing the importance of developing the right mindset to ensure challenges and obstacles don’t sabotage progress or ignite limiting beliefs. With expertise in human behavior and a deep commitment to results-driven strategies, Heidi’s approach empowers leaders to break through destructive behavior patterns so they can scale their businesses, gain control over their time and expand their influence while balancing the demands of everyday life.
     When she's not counseling, coaching, or speaking, Heidi thrives on keeping life full of energy and adventure with her husband and their three fun-loving, dream-chasing daughters. As a tenacious travel softball coach, Heidi’s competitive spirit shines through as she cheers on her team, reveling in the girls' growth, teamwork, and drive to support each other. She takes great pride in raising her daughters to be bold problem-solvers, always ready to tackle challenges head-on. And when it's time to recharge, Heidi has a knack for planning family getaways—knowing just when to unplug, escape the day-to-day chaos, and create moments of connection, laughter, and relaxation. Whether on the field or exploring new destinations, Heidi is all about embracing life with passion and purpose.
