Network Monthly Luncheon - October 16, 2024

Women's Health, Breast Cancer Awareness – Christy Stanat, MD

     Be sure to join Us Wednesday, October 16, 2024 at 11:30 am for our monthly luncheon to hear Christy Stanat, MD speak on Women's Health, Breast Cancer Awareness, at Langley's Restaurant at Great Neck Country Club, $25 for all registered, and $30 for walk-ins includes gratuity and tax.

Christy Stanat, MD
     Christy grew up in the Bronx, NY. Worked her way through college via a rather non-traditional path. Attended medical school at SUNY Stony Brook as well as completing a general surgery residency at SUNY Stony Brook. Practiced for several years in Connecticut, and once the stars aligned in her life, she completed a breast surgical oncology fellowship at UCLA.
     Christy returned to Connecticut, and has been at Backus/Hartford Healthcare since her return from UCLA. She feels it is a privilege to work within a field that is particularly focused on women’s health, and the treatment of breast cancer. She is quite excited to meet members and guests of our Network and interact with the community outside of her office.

    * Registration closes at 9am on the Monday before the luncheon.
