     Be sure to join Us Wednesday, September 18, 2024 at 11:30 am for our monthly luncheon as Donna Ewers moderates a collaborative and interactive “Silver Linings” panel discussion on what it means to manage the care of your aging parents, at Langley's Restaurant at Great Neck Country Club, $25 for all registered, and $30 for walk-ins includes gratuity and tax.

The agenda for our panel includes discussions on:
• Proactive Planning to avoid a crisis and mitigate risks.
• What is a Proactive Care Plan and how do you prepare it?
• Are you prepared to be your parents' health POA and what responsibilities does that entail?
• When a crisis happens, are you prepared? Valuable options to help you mitigate risks and future crises. Handouts will be offered.
• Navigating the family dynamics, what role does everyone play/or not play.
• What does it mean when your parents are diagnosed with dementia or Alzheimer's?
