Frank Jarvis, the Manager of Corporate Security for the past five years for the Charter Oak Federal Credit Union, has plenty of seasoned advice for staying safe in our increasingly online lives. After graduating from Springfield College with a BS in Human Service, Frank bravely served our country in the United States Navy in the Submarine Service for four years. He retired from the New London Police Department after thirty-four years of service; thirty one of those years as a detective.
