Program Committee

Mission:

• To set up monthly luncheon speakers who present on issues of concern or interest (i.e., business, professional, health) to the membership.

Qualifications:

• Chaired by the Vice President
• Set a committee of at least 5 people to include general members

Responsibilities:

• Poll NETWORK members on their topics of interest
• Committee determines which topics to pursue
• Solicit speaking proposals through the RFP process using the website and newsletter
• Review all submissions for presentations for completeness, and confirm qualifications and references
• Committee makes the final speaker selections
• Schedule speakers and make arrangements for any equipment needed
• Provide speaker and topic information to appropriate parties for publicity purposes in a timely manner
