MasterMind Groups Liaison

Qualifications:

• Member in good standing of the NETWORK
• Regular participant in one of the NETWORK Mastermind groups

Responsibilities:

• Report any updates on the Mastermind groups to the BOD
• Maintain the quality and integrity of the NETWORK Mastermind program
• Have a working knowledge of the Mastermind Group concept and requirements as it applies to NETWORK groups (e.g., after visiting a Mastermind Group two times, you are asked to become a NETWORK member)
• Arrange for Mastermind information to be available at the luncheon and on the website
• Facilitate NETWORK Members who are interested in attending an existing group by making available communication about the Mastermind program as needed
• Facilitate NETWORK Members who are interested in beginning a new Mastermind group in their area – viability, intention, guidelines and NETWORK accountability, etc.
• Communicate with the facilitator of each Mastermind group every two to three months to see “how things are going”
• Be available to lend support should challenges or needs arise in a group

Committee Information:

Mission:  To give NETWORK members an additional, more intimate setting for building success - setting wealth & business intentions through in-depth group support -
“What is said there, stays there”

Members:  Ideally consists of 4-8 Women’s NETWORK members. From time to time groups have had as few as 2 or 3 and as many as 18 members.

Meetings (when/where/frequency):  Dependent on each group’s design. Most groups generally meet once a month at the discretion of each group.
